Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Familiarity with online social media platforms
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, Email)
Good English language skills
Good communication and client oriented skills
Ability to learn fast, proactive attitude and innovation skills
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from written information and results

Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages
Create customer relevant content
Update website promotions and publish via email and online social media
Create content for print distribution to customers, pamphlets, brochures
Create and manage company marketing campaign
Manage company’s customer e-mail list and send relevant information in a timely manner
