    -Fluency in English and French, at business level - extremely important.
    -Detail-oriented, organized, flexible;
    -Ability to work in multicultural environment;
    -Strong written and oral communication skills;
    -Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - extremely important;
    -Basic Employment law knowledge;
    -Ability to assess Court’s Decisions;


    -Liaison with external law offices;
    -Creating Purchase Orders for draft invoices, in the Ariba tool;
    -Processing and approving received invoices from Law Firms in the tool;
    -Communication with outside counsel regarding the submission of accruals and invoices;
    -Managing the invoice and accruals tracker;
    -Keeping in contact with outside counsel regarding submitted invoices;
    -Creating new matters in the Demand Management Tool;
    -Creating budget revisions for different matters in the Demand Management Tool;
    -Checking budgets of legal departments for law offices;
    -Keeping up – to – date the litigation tracker.
