    Cerinte

    -Absolvent(a) studii superioare;
    -Experienta minim 6 luni in activitati in cadrul departamentului Resurse Umane cu focus pe zona de recrutare;
    -Dorinta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane;
    -Abilitati de organizare, planificare si prioritizare;
    -Creativitate, proactivitate si orientare catre angajati;
    -Bune cunostinte de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
    -Cunoastere limba engleza/alta limba de circulatie internationala – constituie avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    Activitati recrutare:

    -Screening CV-uri in baza de date;
    -Interactionare in mod direct cu candidatii in vederea programarii la interviuri;
    -Participare la interviuri si oferire consultanta echipei de management in alegerea candidatului potrivit;
    -Oferire feedback candidatilor la finalul procesului de recrutare;
    -Actualizare zilnica de informatii in baze de date specifice.

    Activitati specifice departamentului:

    -Intocmire dosar de angajare;
    -Mentinere legatura cu furnizorii specifici activitatii departamentului (programari medicina si protectia muncii);
    -Implicare in organizare activitati pentru angajati;
    -Sustinere „exit interview”.

    Alte activitati:

    -Mentinere relatie cu furnizorii din zona administrativa a punctului de lucru.

    Ce oferim?

    -Contract de munca perioada nedeterminata, program full time;
    -Salariu atractiv, bonusuri de performanta si bonuri de masa (15 lei/zi);
