    Requirements

    Essential Requirements

    3 years experience in an information technology role, at least one of which was related to information security, security tools, etc.
    Experience with File Integrity Monitoring tools (Tripwire is preferred)
    Windows Server OS troubleshooting experience ( 2003-2016 )
    Bachelors degree in information technology, or a related field - or equivalent experience,
    Must have servers infrastructure management experience and clustered solutions (AD/LDAP mandatory).
    Must have ability to identify gaps in procedures, and willingness to communicate them to the team, and suggest improvements
    Familiarity with security issues related to preventing data loss and managing data protection

    Desirable Requirements

    ITIL certification or course completion.
    Certifications: GCIA, GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH, GSEC, OSCP, OSCE, OSCP, CISSP or similar certification is preferred
    Knowledge of data security solutions and the metrics associated with those solutions
    Basic DB query and structure understanding
    Basic Linux
    Basic PowerShell or bash
    Basic SDLC knowledge

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Our future colleague will be responsible for the architecture, design, deployment, maintenance and management of the clients FIM Solutions. Participates with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into processes and systems.

    Work with vendors to support the FIM (Tripwire and Qualys) technology (troubleshooting, upgrades, other related task)
    Administration of the FIM tools which includes configuring policies, upgrading and patching, etc.
    Daily health checks and monitor alerts generated from the FIM systems
    Check ticketing system and resolve platform related issues.
    Follow processes to maintain the FIM systems, including change management process.
    Interface with SME, IT Engineering, Network Operations, Infrastructure teams, etc.
