    • Educatie: Studii superioare;
    • Experienta: minim 1 an în domeniul Resurselor Umane
    • Calificari profesionale / instruire profesionala: de preferat atestat Inspector Resurse Umane
    • Utilizare calculator: MsOffice, E-mail, Internet, Charisma - constituie un avantaj
    • Nivelul de cunoastere al limbii straine: limba engleza – nivel mediu-avansat
    • Cunostinte profesionale: legislatia romaneasca ce reglementeaza relatiile de munca
    • Competente: abordare pro-activa, abilitati de planificare si organizare, orientare spre rezultat, gandire analitica, concentrare pe calitate , initiativa, hotarare, lucru in echipa.


    Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    • Administrarea sistemului de compensatii si beneficii (abonamente medicale, abonamente sportive, tichete de masa, tichete cadou, pensii private PIII), cadouri angajati
    • Oferirea de suport, informare si indrumare pentru accesul la pachetul de compensatii si beneficii;
    • Suport pe zona de salarizare (pregatire fisiere excel cu info necesare calculului);
    • Eliberare documente pentru concediu crestere copil/reluarea activitate (adeverinte, decizii);
    • Efectuarea comenzilor pentru tichetele de masa si evidenta acestora;
    • Intocmirea actelor aditionale
    • Gestionarea dosarelor de personal;
    • Administrarea/actualizarea bazei de date privind HR;
    • Intocmirea rapoartelor solicitate de management sau departamentele interne care au legatura cu activitatea de resurse umane
    • Consilierea angajatilor in probleme de resurse umane.
