The ideal candidate:

- Is a student (final years) or a graduate from Cybernetics, Informatics, Automatics, Economical Cybernetics or has related work experience;
- Has the following technical skills (not necessary advanced) of:
* .NET framework – 3.5 or more recent;
* HTML, JS, JSON, Web services
* Microsoft SQL Server 2006 or more recent;
- Knows OOP principles;
- Has minimal experience of .NET programming;
- Has a logical mind - understands software solutions and the links between software components etc.;
- Has a minimum knowledge of C# (web based) – this could be an advantage;
- Fluency in English is a must.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Performs consulting, design, programming, implementation, post-implementation maintenance as specified by users for the development of an internal complex software;
- Analyzes the IT system, in continuous development, from a technically point of view and contributes to its connection with other IT systems used by Ipsos Interactive Services;
- Proposes and implement solutions for the optimization and process automation system;
- Updates the technical documentation and performs maintenance for the IT system in development.
- Uses secure development techniques and understand the implications of Web security & vulnerability (security, legal)
- Performs data base maintenance and draws up reports on demand;
