Obiectivul:
Ofera suport managerului direct in probleme legate de administrarea zilnica.
Responsabilitati:
Preia, transmite si indosariaza corespondenta din partea diferitelor entitati (parteneri, clienti, angajati) si redacteaza corespondenta catre acestia;
Pastreaza programul de intalniri al departamentului, stabileste intalniri la cererea managerului direct, redacteaza documentele necesare bunei desfasurari a intalnirilor;
pregateste calatoriile de afaceri ale membrilor departamentului, inclusiv stabilirea itinerariului, achizitionarea biletelor de avion, rezervarea cazarii si inchirierea autoturismelor, dupa caz;
Mentine relatiile cu furnizorii de servicii/produse necesare pentru administrare, Actualizeaza informatiile cu privire la acestia;
Asigura conditii optime pentru desfasurarea activitatii in locatia respectiva;
Rezolva in timp problemele administrative neprevazute;
Comunica managerului direct problemele aparute ce depasesc nivelul decizional;
Selecteaza informatiile necesare si redacteaza rapoarte pe subiectul solicitat de catre managerul direct, in legatura cu activitatea departamentului;
Efectueaza traduceri ale documentelor uzuale, atunci cand este necesar;
Propune modalitati de imbunatatire a activitatii administrative si implementeaza schimbarile aprobate de managerul direct.
