    This is a great opportunity for any passionate, organized and result oriented HR professional! We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist for our Continental Electronics Manufacturing facility in Timisoara. Responsibilities:
    The Training and Development Specialist is a strategic partner for the management team, supporting the organization by creating and following-up the training plan for all employees. Our Training and Development Specialist has the great opportunity to contribute to the professional development of more than 1000 employees. The Training and Development Specialist:



    * Designs the training catalogue and the yearly training calendar to support employee and business needs.
    * Manages the process of organizing the training sessions setup
    * Contributes to the Training Need Analysis of employees during integration and development stages
    * Analyzes the quality and effectiveness of the trainings and advises improvements
    * Provides consultancy to the managers in terms of development strategies for their teams
    * Maintains a good collaboration with training providers in order to offer the best training programs.
    * Analyzes Training trends and metrics and develops training solutions, programs and policies.
    * Involved in the performance review and audit sessions related to Employee Development
    * Coordinates HR strategic Projects as Internal Trainers Community, Leadership Development Programs, Training Matrix, Integration Programs.
    * Key success factor for: employee development, successful integration, motivation, retention.

    Requirements:
    * University degree in Business management or Social Sciences
    * Minimum 1 year of experience in events organization or training management
    * Fluent in English
    * Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
    * Basic Commercial and contract law knowledge
    * Well organized and determined
    * High standards of process implementation
    * Project management skills
    * Adapts effectively to changes
