    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

    Knowledge required:
    • Professional/Technical Knowledge: Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional/technical knowledge and/or skill in position related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
    • Analysis & Consultation: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for developing appropriate solutions.
    • Communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

    • Ability to works on implementations of limited scope.

    • Knowledgeable in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
    • Experience: 1 - 2 years of related experience.

    Responsabilitati

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Focused on only a small portion of responsibilities, e.g. Data Mapping only
    • Performs in one or two more easy technical areas
    • Support different countries/platforms
    • Works in projects with minor implementation complexity and low customization Level

    KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
    • Sets up the system, by configuring parameters, shifts and timetables, calculation formulas
    • Configures system behaviour for different leaves of absences and events
    • Configures timesheets, holidays entitlements, overtime and allowances
    • Loads sample client data on the system
    • Runs sample Time & Attendance processes
    • Compares Time & Attendance processes results with client data, providing reports on differences and mismatches
    • Provides progress report to her/his manager
    • Tracks time spent by client and tasks undertaken
    • Performs other duties as required
    • Supports Implementation Specialists by performing subtasks
    • Works under supervision of more experienced Team members
    • Uses standard operating procedures to guide own work and solve standard problems
    • Direct contact with implementation team and success of implementation.
    • Uses communication skills to exchange information with implementation team and other ADP departments
    • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Reports to Team Manager with no supervisory responsibility
    • Will be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from manage
