IT Support Analyst

- University Degree in Project Management, Information Technology or Economics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in client service or technical service for a management information system;
- Proficiency in English & French
- High self-directed learning capacity
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong customer focus, sense of priority, reliability and professionalism
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communicator with a highly developed client and priority orientation
- Available for afterhours work when required
- Knowledge of commercial project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, P3e) an asset.

Under the supervision of the Team Leader, User Support, the IT Support Analyst will respond to requests from users. The analyst is responsible for the functional support of 2nd level incidents or requests concerning the suite of project management applications: analysis, diagnostics, and resolution or routing to 3rd level support. He must have a good knowledge of the project management applications. He also has to be capable of diagnosing problems related to the connectivity of these applications.

Responsibilities :
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve the incidents / requests;
- Document the interventions on the incidents / requests in the incidents management database;
- Administrative management of the Project Management application accounts: access, security;
- Provide project management system support;
- Follow-up and ensure quality control with the users;
- Work in close collaboration with the Level 3 analysts of the various application modules;
- React quickly to urgent matters and able to work under pressure.

Work schedule: 40 hours/week (dayshift, evening shift and/or rotation).
