    Requirements

    At least 5 years consulting experience required
    An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for “accelerating next” as part of the new HPE
    Experience with business-based solution design and transformational business initiatives
    Good relationship-building skills when working in a global team and across business units. Good interpersonal skills: advanced business presentations, positioning, relationship building, and responsiveness.
    Self-driven and highly motivated attitude, able to work independently as well as in a global project team
    Highly developed verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication skills
    Experience leading multiple projects as a project manager: work planning, issue and risk management, status reporting, estimating, budgeting etc.
    Strong proficiency in using MS Office products such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Lync. Knowledge of and proficiency working in SharePoint. Additional experience in creating SharePoint sites as well as Brainshark and/or learning / training development software, is a plus
    Proven experience in high quality trainings facilitation/delivery
    Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Organizational Change, or Organizational Development)

We achieve that thru design and deployment of customized developmental solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    As a member of the Global Talent Enablement Organization (GTE), the new hire will be a consultant within the Knowledge Management (KM) Team, supporting GTE and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Business Units. Consultancy includes addressing business needs with innovative and high quality solutions, which the person should identify, design and lead to successful deployment.
    Qualified candidates should
    Have practice in Knowledge Management methodology deployment as well as the best practices of a successful KM program integration into an organization
    Demonstrate strong business acumen
    Be able to articulate, lead and present to teams recommendations, suggestions and activities to support KM programs deployment
    Have project management experience (regional level preferably)
    Have experience with organizational assessments, performance management, metrics design (i.e.: scorecards, surveys) and budget management
    Have experience with stakeholder analysis, assessment, engagement
    Understand Change Management and the recommended best practices to utilize when introducing, implementing and sustaining a change program
    Be a collaborator and valuable contributor to the KM program by behaving as a KM consultant:
    Take full accountability in introducing the HPE KM program and the processes by which success will be reached
    Consult and lead Teams and BUs about integrating a KM methodology and programs
    Make recommendations, help to assess skills gaps
    Manage reporting KM metrics with each team or BU
    Develop a communication strategy / plan / deliver
    Provide leadership coaching and alignment
    Assess risks and provide mitigation strategies
    Manage Training programs, as needed
    Deliver training sessions, as needed
