Cloud Services – Business Process Manager Developer

• Experience with BPM workflows.
• Experience with Business Process Manager Advanced, Business Process Manager Standard or other BPM products.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience with Java SE (Standard Edition) technologies (any of: lang, util, collections, preferences API, reflection, instrumentation, java beans, I/O, JMX, net, override mechanism, serialization, XML, JDBC, JNDI, etc.).
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Java EE (Enterprise Edition) technologies, Web Services (REST, JAX-WS, JAXB), Enterprise Applications (EJB 2.x and 3.x, JPA, JMS, JTA), MVC Pattern.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with SQL Development and debugging.
• Junior to medium Linux and Windows administration and operation.
• Junior to medium experience in scripting (sh, ksh, bash, perl on *NIX and BAT, WSH, PoSH, VBS on Windows).
• Uses functions, flow control, conditional statements and understands basic unit testing concepts.
• UNIX / Linux shell scripting.
• Jython / Python scripting for Workflow Development.
• Perl 5 - Understands Perl scripting - can read and understand existing code and modify code if required.
• Understands and uses regular expressions.
• Understands and uses any centralized or distributed version control system (such as CVS, SVN, git).
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with an Application Server (any of: WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, WebLogic etc.).
• Experience with enterprise application deployment and configuration via the admin console and CLI.
• Experience with enterprise application troubleshooting (logs and traces).
• Basic understanding of server topologies (network deployment, nodes and clusters).
• Basic understanding of resource and pool configuration (JMS, DataSources etc).
• Basic understanding of generic server configuration via the admin console and CLI.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to monitor, report progress and achieve agreed deliverables.
• Ability to document, certify, present and hand over work results (knowledge transfer).
• Experience with service management products.*

• Develop new functionality on the business process management and service management layers of an enterprise cloud offering and integrate with various systems and solution components.
• Work in direct contact with other developers to integrate and test the code and resolve dependencies.
• Follow Agile development processes, coding standards, practices in place at project level and help improving them when opportunity exists.
• Perform code debugging and troubleshooting, analyzing logs and modifying code to fix the problem, engaging other teams (internal and external) as needed to resolve problems.
