• Proficiency in English & French;
• Bachelor of commerce with major in business technology management or accounting;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite would be an asset;
• Knowledge of PL/SQL would be an asset;
• Excellent oral and written communications skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment ;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Efficient time management;
• Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute with minimum supervision;
• Team player

• Answer financial support calls (level 2) received from L1 and ensure resolution in a timely manner;
• Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions for the problem;
• Document test plans for new developments or data fixes in the application;
• Prepare training documents to inform end-users of the new functionalities implemented;
• Identify areas for improvement in either business processes or the system;
• Manage Service Requests with Oracle to resolve issues identified in the application;
• Perform certain routine responsibilities such as system configurations, integrity checks and closing modules for month-end;
• Contribute to developing a Team-Based culture.
