    Cerinte

    University studies;
    Fluency in English language;
    1-2 years experience in a procurement or administrative role, experience in purchasing bids is an advantage;
    Excel proficiency;
    Experience in using ERP systems is a plus;
    Excellent attention to details;
    Client-oriented person with great presentation skills;
    High planning and organization skills;
    Good with numbers and ability to analyze complex data;
    Flexible, having the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

    Responsabilitati

    Preparing and processing the purchased orders and documents in accordance with the company's polices;
    Analyzing and generating metrics;
    Reporting the performance metrics to the key departments;
    Ensuring a qualitative competent execution of the administrative work and of all regular purchasing;
    Monitoring the purchase orders, contracts, bids and budgetary expenditures related to vendors;
    Ensuring audit compliance.
