- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position;
- English language fluency;
- Mandatory SAP user experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Creates and develops logistics concepts for Roman site;
- Develops methods and procedures for scheduling raw materials from suppliers;
- Supports manufacturing in achieving customer demand and minimizing costs;
- Checks and analyzes orders sent to the suppliers;
- Develops and maintains transportation system on domestic and international freight in order to ensure that business needs are met;
- Develops the production planning process;
- Responsible for receiving and shipping goods, physically and as a transaction in SAP;
- Responsible for inventory of raw materials and finished products in order to verify the correctness of the stocks and production facilities;
- Responsible for accurate and timely supply of productive sectors;
- Respects labeling, packaging and loading rules for shipping the finished products;
- Identifies the causes that could lead to delivery delays, finds viable solutions and informs internal clients;
- Escalates issues that can disrupt the normal supply process in accordance with the escalation procedure;
- Performs and verifies records in SAP;
- Prepares specific logistics reports.
