Fusion Risk Asset and Liability Management proactively manages balance sheets by limiting risk. It provides correct calculation of interest rates and reports for holding of foreign currencies and liquidity. It delivers the essential functional and technical capabilities required to meet today;s economic balance sheet management requirements. Once deployed, banks can manage interest rate risk and gaps, foreign exchange and liquidity risks within their risk/return targets.

As a member of the FusionCapital Kondor Bucharest team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Respond to user requests
2. Ensure that the client is able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
3. Update clients on the on the progress towards issue resolution
4. Track issues sent to other departments and ensure a resolution to the client’s satisfaction is attained
5. Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc results
6. Pass feedback to other departments
