    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration).
    • Previous relevant experience (3+ years) in tax consulting, finance, or related fields, with a focus on international taxation.
    • Understanding of OECD Pillar Two tax requirements and their implications for multinational companies.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Skills in data modeling, data governance, data quality assessment, and data visualization are a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) platforms.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Beginner understanding of SQL knowledge is required.
    • Excellent English language proficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with multinational companies to understand their specific data challenges and align them with the CCH Tagetik Global Minimum Tax expert solution.
    • Configure the Tagetik software, utilize the WEB platform's automation functionalities, and leverage the Excel Add-In for seamless complex calculations and tax reporting.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to optimize their corporate tax strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry expertise.
    • Assist in mapping, managing, and aligning data to meet OECD Pillar Two requirements efficiently.
    • Think innovatively and provide out-of-the-box solutions to technical and business challenges.
    • Conduct what-if analyses to help clients understand the current and future impact of OECD Pillar Two reporting requirements on their business models and operations.
    • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of implementations.
    • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of consultants, leveraging their varying proficiency levels to achieve project success.
    • Create user documentation, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support to clients
