Job description:
- Organization and managing of "knowledge transfers" within Continental locations in Europe (best practice sharing, workshops, etc.).
- Developing new test engineering solutions.
- Developing and building of test equipment for test engineer departments within Europe.
- Working and leading of competence workgroups.
- Organizing and performing of test engineering trainings and workshops
- Performance improvement program at test departments in Europe

Job requirements:
- Experience of working in Test Equipment areas
- Hardware and software solutions experience
- Advanced English knowledge
- Availability for traveling
- Innovative and flexible working methods
- Experience in production environment is a plus
