Your profile

• Previous experience on a similar position and in an ERP environment, of around 2-3 years
• Excellent knowledge in accounting and finance area (AP, AR, AM, GL, BI, Interco transactions, Bank reconciliation, Treasury)
• Working experience on IT projects and a good understanding of the various project phases and activities
• Experience with end user training
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Visio
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose using SQL, Excel or other data analysis tools
• Very good English level; French would be a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creativity in problem solving
• Good interpersonal abilities: communication, ability to work in a team and results-oriented working style)

Your tasks

• Implement and customize PeopleSoft modules in all UBISOFT’S subsidiaries
• Act as a liaison between the business side of the enterprise and the various IT teams
• Participate in the business process analysis and propose process improvements
• Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts and accompany users and clients during certification phases
• Assist development team during the implementation of solutions
• Deliver training and documentation on solutions
• Collaborate with any IT team member as needed
• Ensure knowledge transfer to support teams during or at the end of project
• As project team member, execute assigned tasks and communicate status to the Project Manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
• Occasional abroad travel needed
