The EP&S (Enterprise Products and Services) organisation is primarily focused in delivering high quality products to and reach featured propositions for business customers across three strategic programmes: Enterprise Mobility, Fixed/Mobile Convergence and Machine to Machine. A growing business for Vodafone, Enterprise a very challenging and exciting team to be part of.


Role purpose:

The role is responsible for the uploading and maintenance of our business processes into ARIS, our central process repository, in order to drive quality, re-usability and a common experience for our customers.

The successful candidate will work with the Service Design team and support project delivery, by ensuring all the relevant processes for that project are made available through the central process repository to all relevant business users.

As a Business Process Analyst this person will be responsible for:
Assuring and driving process quality and re-usability, by assuring, loading and maintaining our business process library. The VSS Process analyst will ensure the tool and process library structure supports and enables the business.
1.Driving process re-usability in line with our common operating model. Working with the Service Designer to ensure existing processes are re-used or driving changes to the baseline if necessary.
2.Managing interdependencies between projects to minimise the numbers of changes to the process baseline.
3.Managing approval through governance of process changes across all product lines.

Key-Responsibilities:

• Accountable to deliver high quality processes optimised for business value.
• Accountable for process presentation in ARIS to ensure processes are presented in a user friendly way.
• Accountable for the quality of the supporting information to ensure processes in the library are complete
• Accountable for ensuring the right governance if followed for process approval.
• Accountable to deliver training, ongoing support and subject matter expertise in process modelling and management.
• Accountable for reporting on process creation, use and re-usability.
