    Requirements

    For this role, the successful candidate should offer the following:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (business, engineering, technology, etc)
    - 3 - 5 years Strategic Sourcing experience, with a proven track of excellent data mining skills
    - Data analytics experience using Excel and Access — automation of the reports as well as the development and standardization of processes are key responsibilities
    - Indirect Commodity Management experience
    - Excellent communication skills in the direct contact with End Customers
    - Flexibility is highly valued; negotiation training and experience represents an added value

    Responsibilities

    Role and Accountability:

    The main accountability involves supporting the EMEA CoE Procurement Category Leaders deliver commodity strategies and productivity in support of business requirements and goals. The work activities will be focused on procurement tasks associated with the sourcing.

    Key responsibilities:
    - Supporting the Category Strategy Teams in achieving their procurement goals and driving business results.
    - Work closely with the Regional Commodity Leaders to support their projects starting from Bid Analysis, eAuction and Contracting.
    - Prepares and publishes the Weekly Productivity and eAuction Reports & Monthly Procurement Scorecards.
    - Root Cause Analysis for any variance in the Metric. Helps Category Strategy Teams team in identifying savings vs AOP Goals and supporting in the implementation of the same.
    - Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
    - Support Functional Transformation projects impacting Indirect Sourcing.
    - Profiling/Auditing Contracts in Contract Management Tool
    - Implement Automated Metrics & MOR deck Reporting and Drive Contract compliance (Price, Payment Terms)
    - Run eAuctions and Train supplier for eAuctions
