Telecom Expense Management Support (TEM) with German – Global Shared Services

Job role:

Act as contact point for Allianz Managed Operations & Services (AMOS) customers and Telekom Expense Management (TEM) users.

Key responsibilities and duties:

-Answers inquiries by clarifying, researching and providing desired information regarding AMOS Services telecom structure
-Handling of information calls and emails regarding telecom invoices and pricing
-Data management for the TEM structure and services (e.g. invoices, cost center)
-Researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
-Routing of unsolvable cases to support structure (e.g. to responsible Service Manager, ASD/IHL, Accenture GNOC)
-Reporting the support cases to TEM platform owner
