    Requirements

    An ideal candidate should have:
    - Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it's a must
    - Experience in MS based operating systems and IT equipment support would be an advantage;
    - Customer-oriented attitude
    - Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills
    - Ability of working under pressure and in flexible working hours
    - Possibility of night shift employment;
    - Team player
    - Organizational skills

    Responsibilities

    - Using broad and in-depth product knowledge, provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
    - The main responsibility of the job is to register the IT problems received from customers (German speakers) and assign the tickets to the colleagues from the L1/L2 of support.
    - Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
    - You will communicate with the users directly by phone and/or email.
