    Requirements

    Used technologies: Suse Enterprise Linux, XEN, Veritas Volume Manager / File System / Cluster, Fibre Channel SANs, Solaris-Server mit eigener Virtualisierungslösung auf Basis von LDOMs (UltraSparc T2 Plus) Systemmonitoring mit Nagios
    Tool: BMC Remedy ITSM Suite for Incident, Problem and Change Management, FNT CMDB

    Responsibilities

    - Systemadministration der betreuten Server und Produkte (s.o.)
    - Beseitigung von Störungen inklusive Ticketerstellung bei Hardware-Lieferanten und Koordination der Reparatur
    - Durchführung von Service Requests und Changes inklusive Serverinstallation und -Deinstallation
    - Pflege/Aktualisierung der Betriebsdaten in den dafür vorgesehenen Systemen (inklusive CMDB bei Changes)
    - Zusammenfassung des täglichen Status für den Kunden
