System Administrator with Linux

 

What you'll do

As Systems Administrator with Linux in Regnology, you will join an international team helping Regnology customers with the following: 
 

• Troubleshoot complex system to identify errors and optimizations for continuous improvement.
• New technology installation and adoption (Kubernetes, GCP cloud)
• Oversee the performance of all the key components, including the databases, servers, and applications.
• Monitor the infrastructure to optimize the system and improve its resilience and reliability.
• Technical implementation of Regnology software release upgrades and Migrations.
• Third party partner relationship (Datacenter, Cloud provider)
• Understand, follow, and document the production standards and best practices.

• Some knowledge of new technology installation and adoption (Kubernetes, GCP cloud) 
• Advanced knowledge of UNIX/Linux 
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role. 
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree in technical field (Information Science, Computer Science or similar) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals. 
• Customer oriented and self-motivated mindset. 

The following skills will be considered as an advantage : 

• Knowledge of Oracle DB 
• Java  
• Kubernetes experience  
• Public cloud administration 
• Shell scripting
