IT Business Analyst

- University degree - preferable computer Sciences or related technical disciplines
- Ability to work with design and PM tools: MS Visio, MS Project and modeling languages: UML UMT
- Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques
- Proven experience in Websites development projects is considered an asset

The IT Business Analyst will analyze and provide structured solutions to various business problems that have a direct or indirect link with the IT systems, acting as an interface between IT department and organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define business requirements and provides counseling and support in defining business functionalities
- Translates business requirements into functional specifications and system design specifications according to set standards
- Suggest the best business solution and analyze the ability to change of the application environment, assesses the impact of changes of existing environment: application, infrastructure and operations
- Assist other IT roles with requested information during the development phases.
- Act as liaison between the company’s entities (IT and Business departments) and IT solutions external providers. Defines Requests for Proposals towards external providers and follows up the company’s contracts with them in relation with costs, deliverables and timelines.
