    Requirements

    Your profile:

    As a Recruitment Consultant you are customer & results oriented and used to work in a fast paced environment. Your work is well structured and you have a strong attention to detail, business focused, yet flexible in a dynamic environment.
    You like to innovate and solve problems and you are curious to understand things around you. You are able to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time. You have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal and usually your “easy to relate” ability has helped you deliver greater results.
    Your other skills include:
    Demonstrated experience in defining recruiting strategies and assisting companies through high volume growth
    Good knowledge of the Romanian market and technical / online recruitment
    Technical recruiting experience is essential e.g. front and back end language/processes e.g. Java, .NET, Databases
    Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
    Sales skills and solution oriented attitude
    MS Office advanced level
    High level of autonomy
    Team player

    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day responsibilities:
    End-to-end management for the assigned projects
    Carefully conducting candidate interviews using all techniques agreed within the specific project
    Ensuring necessary visibility of the vacancies in the market by creating advertising strategies for all projects
    Inform customers about new market opportunities, which could be beneficial for them
    Establishing new business relationships with customers, actively searching for business opportunities
    Active participation in bidding and pricing activities regarding potential leads
    Fulfilling the set - pre-arranged weekly, quarterly and annual targets
    Active communication and collaboration with other team members, as well as with colleagues from other departments and other branches of the company
