Stim ca cerem multe, dar pentru a face o treaba buna ar trebui sa ai:
- experienta in vanzari consultative - minim un an, ideal in vanzarea de servicii HR sau online advertising;
- account management skills: traduse in abilitatea a creste parteneriate de durata cu clientii;
- abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere, putere de convingere - daca ne poti convinge la interviu, vei putea convinge si clientii;
- proactivitate, orientare spre rezultate, o motivatie puternica si inteligenta pe masura ei;
Daca adaugi seriozitatea si simtiul umorului atunci stii ca te vei integra usor;
Avem un portofoliu larg de servicii, in continua expansiune, asa ca te vei bucura din plin de:
- prospectarea pietei, identificarea oportunitatilor si gasirea de noi clienti;
- dezvoltarea, gestionarea si fidelizarea portofoliului de clienti;
- identificarea si analiza nevoile clientilor in aria resurse umane & employer branding;
- negocierea si incheierea de contracte;
- activitati de relatii cu clientii, urmarire contracte, urmarirea incasarilor;
- raportarea si evaluarea activitatii proprii;
- si,evident,atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari;
In masura in care iti atingi obiectivele te vei putea implica si in activitati de marketing online si offline, event management, HR.
