Process Engineer (m/f/d) for Product Engineering Processes in the Automotive Aftermarket Sector, Bosch in Karlsruhe, Germany

We specialize as a sector-wide personnel consulting firm focusing on university graduates and young professionals from all fields with up to five years of professional experience. We recruit for over 350 partner companies, such as Mercedes-AMG, Allianz SE, and Bosch.

• Completed university degree (Master/Diploma/Ph.D.) in STEM or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a focus on engineering processes and methods or a comparable field of study
• Knowledge of automotive processes (PEP), ASPICE, and IATF
• Experience in project roles (e.g., architect, test manager, EPQ, etc.) in the product development of automotive products desirable
• Experience in designing, adapting, and implementing development processes as well as engineering methodology in practice
• Excellent communication skills, structured working methods, and analytical understanding
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken

• Further development of the Product Engineering Process (PEP) with a focus on automotive requirements (IATF, ASPICE)
• Optimization and streamlining of processes in compliance with recognized automotive requirements (IATF, ASPICE)
• Identification of improvement potentials and enhancement of maturity and efficiency in development projects
• Introduction of new methodologies and approaches into business units in coordination with Bosch headquarters
• Conducting PEP trainings and coaching and consulting development projects
• Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with validation requirements
• Leading teams and providing IT support for software applications related to engineering processes
• Planning and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the production process

THE TEAM

The Automotive Aftermarket Team is responsible for Bosch's global automotive aftermarket business. In more than 150 countries, our 13,000 employees supply customers in trade and workshops with automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts, modern diagnostic and workshop technology, and software for diagnosis and service training. In addition, the Automotive Aftermarket business area is responsible for the "Bosch Service" workshop concepts, one of the world's largest independent workshop chains. The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of Bosch's Automotive Aftermarket business area for over 40 years.
