Sr IT Analyst

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT
• Experience leading projects
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology
• The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Ability to quickly shift focus if priorities change
• Experience with a variety of applications and databases, ERP, CRM, Shop Floor, Engineering tools, Oracle, and SQL
• Experience with IT infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices: business, application, data, security, infrastructure, and governance Working knowledge of architecture frameworks
• Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
• The ability to partner effectively across IT teams, suppliers, and business customers on cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of technology practices with strong business acumen and customer focus
• Ability to understand the business requirements and translate into IT system requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the modernization of the application and infrastructure stack
• Ensure compliance and Cyber security
• Collaborate with the business and Enterprise IT in the elimination of IT Technical Debt
• Provide leadership and act as the trusted technical adviser to the business and partner to the Enterprise IT teams
• Work with Enterprise IT teams to convert business requirements into secure, reliable, and supported solutions
• Be a problem solver while motivating the team towards success
• Drive the technical teams to meet the schedule with quality
• Partner with Enterprise IT in the restoration of any service in the event of an outage
