Skills that make your work successful:
-Excellent communication skills in both French and English (B2 French & English language skills required);
-Experience in recruiting, direct sourcing or research its a bonus;
-Ability to positively represent our company and open roles to potential candidates;
-Analytical mindset and data driven approach;
-Ability to work in constantly changing environments;
-Effective time management skills.

How you’ll make an impact:
-Conduct interview scheduling and coordination for project administration;
-Handle phone screening, sourcing, and HR interview steps during campaigns;
-Create offers and update candidate/job information in Avature;
-Post job openings and manage onboarding duties for the Admin team;
-Screen CVs and source candidates on LinkedIn;
-Utilize Avature, LinkedIn, QuickBase, and SharePoint systems;
-Focus on supporting recruitment efforts
Take ownership of managing candidates and making hiring decisions.
