Job Description

? Assurance of order acceptance, complete order processing and delivery to national and international   customers (Monitoring of incoming orders and order creation)
? Coordination of special cargo (including special voyages, sea and air cargo)
? Daily coordination of delivery dates with customers, production, demand planning and sales
? Distribution of the available goods by order (incl. bottleneck controlling)
? creation, verification and dispatch of standardized documents (e.g. order confirmation, backlog overview)
? Responsible for handling customer portals
? Customer requests (customer portals)
? Handling of specific customer requirements 

? Timely and careful handling and clarification of customer requests by e-mail and telephone
? Improve customer satisfaction and relationship with excellent service
? Ensuring the exchange of information with warehouses, dispatch departments, production and planning
? Ensuring daily handling of incoming EDI messages (full)
? Ensuring a daily  transmission of correct ASN's to the customer (full)
? Complaint management (complaints reports, follow-up of complaints procedures) in cooperation with QS/QM or claim management
? Documentation and follow up of complaints

First experience with customer relations and order handling in international markets. 
Knowledge of products, production processes and production planning processes including the material flow in the plant

Advanced English 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sap

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills;

Communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;

University degree
