Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We are recruiting a Business Analyst for one of our clients based in Bucharest.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00 (EU TIME ZONE)
Location: Bucharest / Timisoara / Brasov / Cluj - Hybrid work

Requirements:

Technical background, experience in software delivery projects and understanding of technical solutions and impact (APIs, eCommerce tools and systems like CMS - nice to have Hybris, Drupal, Store Management and Core configuration, analytics, Personalisation)
Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and standards (SCRUM Master certification is a plus)
Analytical competencies and attention to details
Resilient, and able to work with deadlines
Solid communication skills and client-facing
Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and identify impact in multiple systems
Risk management, task prioritization, responsibilities and collaboration within the team, and stakeholders management (interaction with multiple toles like Architects, Developers, Product Owners, etc)
Good retail or e-commerce skills, nice to have JIRA and Confluence knowledge
English language proficiency; French language is a plus.

Lead business requirements analysis, drive data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
