    What you need to succeed
    1-3 years of relevant work experience in performing sales operations and data analysis.
    Understanding of subscription revenue model is a plus.
    A bachelor’s degree is required.
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    MS Excel skills are required in order to handle large data sets, while familiarity with Salesforce.com or MS Dynamics is a bonus.
    The position requires the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. Accuracy is essential for this position as the team is responsible for providing vital data to multiple teams across the organization which rely on it to complete their daily tasks and job functions.

    Responsabilitati


    The Sales Operation Analyst will be able to work effectively as an individual contributor, as well as with other team members located around the world, from various functions throughout the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of sales processes, analytics and reporting. The candidate will collaborate with diverse groups and develop relationships with a range of organizations, being able to interpret and present insight into the customer data.

    What you’ll Do
    Link related Opportunities in Salesforce that will help Sales Teams lead all aspects of a Contract’s lifecycle.
    Create and update Opportunity and Account information and assist in maintaining the integrity of company’s Sales environment.
    Review and update compensation metrics according to Finance policies
    Support ad-hoc data mapping tasks as determined by Manager/Team-Lead and build various reports to facilitate Sales Processes.
