    Cerinte

    Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, in the insurance industry;
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financiar or similar;
    Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    Excellent functional skills and understanding of the overall accounting and closing processes;
    Strong problem-solving and team working attitude;
    Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions.

    Responsabilitati

    Collecting new or revised business requirements by deeply understanding business needs;
    Preparing the required documentation for each new request or change request;
    Offering support in incidents that may be reported by both business units and central departments;
    Resolving issues or any unplanned events that may cause a reported outage in central applications;
    Offering assistance in submitting service requests that business units or central departments may have;
    Preparing, explaining, and clarifying instructions applicable to the next reported closing;
    Preparing the documentation required for each new request or change request;
    Initiating necessary follow-up action or adjustment within the scope of work;
    Participating in the configuration and maintenance process of all relevant documentation and supporting the training of application users.
