Education: university - electronics, electromechanics
Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position
Skills and aptitudes:
English - intermediate/advanced level
SAP - advantage
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
Flexibility for shift work
Communication and organizational skills

Responsible in SMD - Surface mounted device production process;
Study and implement methods to increase the efficiency of equipment/machines in production process;
Ensures rapid intervention in case of equipment failures identifying solutions with minimal impact on production continuity;
Analyses MTBF (Mean time between failures) and MTTR (Mean time to repair) and proposes corrective actions;
Defines/adjusts the stock of spare parts of technological equipment in the production area;
Coordinates / supervises the production of the product to the standards set by the customer;
Analyses defective parts, determines cause and repair/scrap method; quantifies repair and scrap hours;
Respects safety rules as well as prevention of possible equipment defects;
Coordinates SMD production staff (5-6 people/shift).

Performance indicators:
Specific KPIs: quality, output, OEE, MTBF, MTTR and spare parts stock.
