Qualifications & experience
University – electronics, electromechanics
CORE Tools
Experience in customer relation
Experience related to the position: minimum 4 years in a similar position

SAP
Strong practical experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) is essential
MS Office operating knowledge (Power Point, Word)
Communication, negociation & and organization skills

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Manage and document customer specific requirements in order to make sure the final product has the expected level
Create and implement risk based Quality Control plans, defining inspecion criteria & methods
Manage Customer complains and internal nonconformities
Create corrective actions reports, 8D, A3, Quality Alerts
Coordinate actions for the correction and follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation
Provide inputs for Production training materials in order to prevent quality issue occurrence ; involvment in training sessions
Proposal for Quality Management System documentation improvement
Proposals to improve production processes to eliminate non-conformities

Performance indicators
Achieving internal and external PPM targets, extra costs
Meeting deadlines
No nonconformities in the area of responsibility following quality audits of processes and products
