HARMAN's Automotive BOOTCAMP program is designed to shape the careers of fresh graduates or students in their final year and help them rock the start of their professional lives. In this program, you will build on skills in the development, testing and/or integration area for high-end embedded infotainment and telematics systems.

8 Job profiles are part of this program: C++, Java, Test Automation, Software Integration, Requirements, Hardware, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity.

How does the program works?
The program is divided in two different phases: the first one includes 4 months part-time (6 hours daily) of comprehensive trainings and hands-on experience on different HARMAN projects as Engineering Trainees finalized with a feedback session, followed by a second phase - where you can have the opportunity to step into the real life of a full-time (8 hours daily) Junior Engineer.

You will start with an engaging onboarding experience and connect with our Bootcampers' community (in addition to your manager, mentor, and team), and wrap up the first phase of the program with a presentation of your project to HARMAN employees.

Our paid internship program is a great opportunity to develop skills and learn about the different departments and operations within the company. The goal of our internship program is to give young professionals hands-on experience and prepare them for their career in the wholesale industry. The length of our internship program is between 6 and 12 months. For more than 15 years in BCR, we have been offering annual internship programs adapted to each banking area, from finance or risk to the IT area. Atelierele tehnice vin in completarea celor de dezvoltare prin componenta practica. Studentii petrec cinci zile la unul dintre punctele de lucru Holcim alese de ei, alaturi de specialisti, unde pun in practica ceea ce invata la facultate. De asemenea, ei invata cum functioneaza o fabrica de ciment, ce roluri cheie indeplinesc specialistii Holcim si vad intregul proces de productie al cimentului.
