    Our office is located in the Northern part of Bucharest (near Aurel Vlaicu subway station).

    Requirements

    About you

    Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
    Ability to be flexible and comfortable with frequently changing circumstances and arrangements;
    Taking the initiative to respond to or deal with situations when appropriate;
    Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues;
    Strong problem-solving ability;
    PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology;
    Good sense of humor and positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    About your job

    Manage the managers’ schedules, calendars and appointments; provide e-mail responses when appropriate;
    Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
    Researches and prepares responses to information requests;
    Work as a liaison with the other departments in the companies, as needed (.: Business, Finance, Development);
    Support in booking flights, accommodation;
    Partner with HR responsible. Offer support for HR projects and maintain office policies as necessary;
    Maintains and distributes confidential and highly sensitive information, acting in confidence on behalf of the managers to handle issues of an organizationally sensitive nature;
    Screens and prioritizes incoming phone calls and mail - responding and following up when necessary - generates and composes correspondence on their own initiative;
    Monitor and maintain office and IT supplies inventory. Review and execute office supply acquisitions;
    Manage relationships with vendors, office service providers and landlords.
    About your education

    Degree in Communication, Psychology or HR is preferred.

    Very good English;
    Communicative, friendly, team player with a positive attitude who likes to embrace challenges.
