    There is an opportunity for an Engagement Manager to join the Global Investment & Innovation Incentives (GI3) team.

    Role description

    The role will involve day to day management of the Bucharest offshore GI3 team, as well as undertaking project management functions on delivery of client engagements. You will have the opportunity to work on large engagements and be involved with a wide variety of activities within the business unit.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide up-to-date management information on the GI3 Bucharest offshore team, initially of 5-6 personnel (analysis on availability, engagement needs, utilisation, and pipeline as required)
    • Undertake project management activities on client engagements for the wider GI3 team
    • Assist in pulling together large proposals in co-ordination with the BIDs team.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to the team, independent proof reading of reports, reviewing spreadsheet functionality, etc.
    • Directly support the business unit leadership, key stakeholders and practitioners playing an important role in the implementation and delivery of any operational projects
    • Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes across the business area

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business-relevant subject
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and strong communication skills with the ability to discuss project work whilst working under an offshoring model
    • 3-4 years professional experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong team skills, with a willingness to work remotely with a UK based team
    • Good project/workload management skills to ensure timely delivery of client work.
    • An ambition to develop a career within the sphere of project management and coordination
