    •University degree or studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations or other relevant fields.
    •English is a must
    •Minimum 1 year experience as Team assistant
    •Experience as a marketing assistant would be an advantage
    •Experience in a multinational company would be an advantage
    •MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    •Strong communication skills and an ability to work in an international, interdisciplinary team
    •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality results

    •Support the team/department’s effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support to the team.
    •Organize meetings, workshops, business partner visits, trainings, team buildings and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view.
    •Provide organizational support for the members of the department performing various administrative tasks (e.g. managing the stock of office supplies; IUK contact – preparing the internal orders, etc).
    •Responsible to act as contact person and maintain good relationships with various external companies on behalf of the department in order to provide good services for the department members.
    •Responsible to take care of the protocol, organizes business dinners and events.
    •Preparation of spreadsheets and graphs for presentations;
    •Collect data and prepare draft for monthly reports;
    •Keeping evidence of contracts and ensuring appropriate archiving and storage.
    •When necessary, translation of technical documents (e.g. products specifications) from EN to RO.
    •Be a focal point of contact for the team and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service.
    •Organizes and plans the production of marketing materials by working closely with involved parties
    •Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the division
    •Helps maintain social media accounts
