Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment including writing job description, posting job announcements, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening candidates, holding interviews, conceiving job offers;
- Handling on-boarding activities such as creating employee IDs, sending new employee guides, scheduling work security trainings for new employees;
- Being involved in career path and performance evaluation activities;
- Supporting the internal exit process;
- Supporting internal payroll activities;
- Managing personnel files;
- Staying constantly informed of the regulation and legislation changes regarding the HR field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the Communication, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology field;
- Previous experience on a similar role or in the customer support field;
- Experience in multinational Enterprise Businesses or Global Service Centers is
considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English;
- Other foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian or Chinese would be
an advantage.
