Junior Project Manager

Key qualifications:

• Education: BA/BS degree preferably Business Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive experience.
• 2+ years’ experience, preferably in IT&C, Telecom industry as Business Analyst, Project Planner, Project Support
• Agile development exposure/experience preferred
• Ability to communicate project matters clearly and timely to co-workers and to management
• Requires both theoretical knowledge and understanding through solid experience i.e. from deployment in roll-out projects
• Proficiency with the English language is a must
• French will be a plus

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our Project Managers with specialist knowledge in the area of project planning, business analysis, scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, “what if” scenarios, involvement in IT system’s implementation, control and monitoring.
The Junior Project Manager is required to participate and support on Camusat related projects, ranging from participating actively in implementing vendor’s applications to maintaining those applications by providing ongoing system development support and responding to production problems, environmental changes, and user requests.
Enjoy working closely with Project Managers and know how to manage stakeholder’s relationship to achieve the best results.



Core Duties and Abilities:

• Review project planning inputs
• Monitor and improve project progress tracking and performance
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of project performance and project status reports
• Work with Project Managers to map business requirements & processes and translate requirements to ensure delivery of appropriate and high-quality solutions to project deliverables, resource planning & project plans. May function as project lead on smaller efforts
• Ability to manage tasks/projects with aggressive deadlines/time-sensitivity
• Ability to work both as a member of a team or independently as required
• Provide ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the business community
• Able to see the big-picture
