    Pentru unul dintre clientii nostri, o companie internationala de consultanta in management si parteneriate cu unele dintre cele mai influente companii si institutii din lume, suntem in cautarea unui Receptioner.
    Absolvent de studii superioare;
    Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat (scris si vorbit);
    Atitudine proactiva;
    Bune abilitati de organizare;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare.

    Responsabilitati

    Intampinarea vizitatorilor si pastrarea evidenetei acestora;
    Desfasurarea activitatilor specifice de protocol, rezervarea sali, intampinare oaspeti, etc;
    Oferirea de informatii in functie de solicitarile vizitatorilor;
    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si transferarea acestora catre departamentele specializate;
    Preluarea corespondentei si intocmirea borderourilor de distribuire;
    Gestionarea documentelor cu regim special si a altor documente utilizate pentru operatiuni de incasari/plati;
    Ordonarea si arhivarea zilnica a fisierelor gestionate;
    Gestionarea agendei managerilor seniori, programarea intalnirilor si inregistrarea schimbarilor aparute;
    Organizarea calatoriilor internationale si nationale, rezervarea biletelor de avion si a hotelurilor;
    Mentinerea legaturii cu furnizorii de produse si servicii.
