o Ability to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment
o Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills in English; French and any other additional language is a plus.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
o Strong attention to details.

o Support and process transactions related to order, revenue, invoice.
o Assisting the management on daily operational activities within the Customer Operations Services department.
o Partner with our stakeholders by answering questions, providing needed guidance and participate on problems resolutions in order to build a long term relationship.
o Participate in the development of improvement initiatives, policies and procedures to achieve specific department goals.
