Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
Basic to average understanding of business processes

Technical Skills
Software development experience in an object-oriented programming language (either VBA or other)
Experience in testing software on a Windows platform and adhering to a structured and documented methodology
Openness towards learning new technologies

KEY DELIVERABLES:
Analyze new process automation candidates, quickly assessing feasibility and accurately estimate development effort;
Apply Robotic Process Automation workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows;
Support the business teams during the UAT and rollout phases;
Provide maintenance to production automation workflows by ensuring second level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors , agree on error severity and propose resolution.
