    Requirements

    3+ years experience in a progressive HR role (tech a bonus)
    Confidence with dynamics of hyper growth tech (SaaS) environment
    Resourceful and creative approaches to people management
    Extensive knowledge of Romanian employment law and practices
    Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a larger global team
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Proven sense of responsibility and accountability
    Forward thinking and creative problem solving skills
    Experience with organizational change and thrive in environments where change is the norm
    Keen attention to detail
    Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant post secondary education

    Responsibilities

    Leadership Coaching & Development

    Coach leaders to build a high performance culture within their team and ensure recognition and feedback become second nature
    Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning with leaders, identifying high performance and high potential employees, and supporting leaders to build effective development plans.
    Support leaders in identifying and addressing performance issues; use people management tools to drive high performance

    Employee Engagement

    Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives based on qualitative and quantitative data and best practice

    Learning and Development

    Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and learning needs
    Support people managers with performance and career related conversations regarding their team
    Coach employees on career development strategies and expectations
    Partner with central Learning & Development team to evaluate opportunities for training & development including
    Deliver training sessions when relevant
    Support with onboarding new hires

    Organisation Design and Development

    Foster and role-model a culture of service excellence, especially during times of change
    Identify areas of improvement in organisation design and make recommendations for enhancement
    Champion planned changes and initiatives

    Talent Acquisition

    Deliver full-cycle recruitment of top talent for Bucharest teams by accurately and effectively sourcing, evaluating, and offering top-quality candidates based on core competencies, culture fit, job competencies and needs of the business
    Partner with the talent acquisition team to build a high-quality and efficient talent acquisition process
    Plan and follow through the execution of local employer branding initiatives
    Partner with local recruitment agencies to support the talent acquisition process
    Employee Relations

    Manage employee relations issues, coaching leaders in best practices that align with local employment law and company values, meet business needs and enhance individual employees’ engagement and experience
    Ensure accurate and appropriate ER records are kept up to date
    Draft all employment agreements, addenda, letters and ensure reporting to the payroll company & Workday uploading
    Keep abreast of Romanian employment law developments and recommend changes in policies and procedures accordingly
