    Requirements

    The world's largest sanitary manufacturer is seeking a new colleague, for a Sales Representative position.

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

    • Implementing the company strategy and increasing the volume of sales to new and existing clients (distributors, DYI, residential and non-residential projects) in Bucharest and around Bucharest (immediate focus), but also the availability of travel to the south of the country when will be necessary;
    • Presenting and selling the products of the company on a given territory by using the in-depth knowledge of the products;
    • Applies promotional activities and sales projects;
    • Contributes to certain marketing activities in the markets it has responsibility for;
    • Identifies opportunities related to market potential;
    • Solves possible issues raised by the client;
    • Maintains and improves professional relationships with all the company's customers;
    • Travels intensively throughout the assigned territory, asks ordinary and potential customers to request new orders and increase sales;
    • Is responsible for optimal territorial coverage, using effective travel plans, appropriate routes and tools;
    • Participates in organizing seminars and training programs for clients about the company's products;
    • Identifies the customer needs and formulates written project analyzes of customers' situation;
    • Verifies customer flows and is directly involved in recovering them;
    • Provides all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Experience approx. 3 years in sales, preferably interacting with building materials; experience in sanitary products / tiles / bathroom products is an advantage;
    • Customer oriented, well-organized, results-oriented and proactive;
    • Ability to work in collaboration with people coming from different backgrounds;
    • Very good communication skills, analytical thinking and synthesis;
    • Confident, with a positive approach to activity;
    • Advanced English;
    • Bachelor's degree.

    Other info

    The net salary + benefits: meal tickets of 13,5 lei / day, car, phone, laptop, gross annual bonus of approx. 30% the annual revenue, according to the performance of the dues, paid once a year in the first quarter of this year for the previous year.
