Your experience:
Excellent relationship management skills
Project team coordination and coaching skills
Good knowledge of UiPath (or other relevant RPA technology) and its limitations
Strong analytical skills (ability to focus on essentials, capacity for abstraction, sound judgment)
Ability to identify and mitigate project-related risks and issues
Strong deliverables writing and reviewing skills
Agile implementation experience
Excellent English communication skill

You will:
Guide one or multiple teams in parallel on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet the clients expectations
Assist the Client Product Owner to monitor the progress of the project and lead multiple project progress meetings
Present RPA technologies available on the market and their limitations while being able to spot with no effort the automation potential within the processes under discussion
Leads daily stand-ups and ensure the project documentation completion
Keep liaison with the Business Analysts, Solution Architect, RPA developers and client team for project delivery and hand over activities
Assist the Engagement Manager with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information 
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Responsible for the business case development and the overall project oversight
Be actively involved in identifying the knowledge transfer/ training needs for the resources involved in the project, while guiding them to achieve the project objectives and milestones.

Nice to have:
SCRUM certification
Experience in facilitating and supporting business change and influencing others across the business areas in scope to accept the change
Awareness of development and testing practices including standard SDLC processes
