    - BS or BA or Diploma (University/Technical Education) degree – Preferred in: Instrumentation, Automation, Technology or Business (or equivalent knowledge/experience in the field)
    - 2+years of experience in industrial sales/sales support
    - Experience in supporting customers/end users
    - Exposed to products and solutions in industrial environment
    - Understanding of customers’ business including decision making and buying processes
    - Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service
    - Experience and knowledge of our customer’s businesses and drivers
    - Proficient with computer based business software/automation tools
    - Advanced English and medium German language


    - Complete responsibility of overall handling and technical validation for Simple/Complex Orders for gas related products like Metering & Electronics
    - Proposal Support may also be required for Smaller inquiries for specific Honeywell Accounts as well as technical Support to our Distributors/ Channel partners
    - Work and co-ordinate with OMT, Sourcing Team, CEPS, ETO /RNM for necessary customization support in validating the Purchase order
    - Communicate with internal and external customers in an easily understood manner
    - Using detailed customer specifications and requirements, validate orders maximizing value demonstration
    - Highlight escalate to P&E FO team, OMT FO team, Sales, Customers in case of data not available or incomplete PO etc
    - Preparing the Techno-Commercial Booking package in standardized format like excel/SIEBEL etc as well as handling of all the order process flow up to handover to Order management team
    - Connect with P & E FO, OMT BO, Sales, OMT to clarify issues, challenges on simple or complex order validation as the case may be
    - Handles customer queries as required; provides customer assistance in tasks associated with order validation process
    - Co-ordinate with other stake holders like OMT, Sourcing, Sales, factory, vendors etc to provide necessary support on order deliverables and executions
    - Support on Direct Customer Interactions and ensure all compliance to order execution requirements and increase customer satisfaction, by providing necessary support
